This year the Atlanta Music Project embark on its 13th year of programming. With the addition of several new, exciting programs that will serve hundreds of new students, we are pleased to announce several openings for teaching artists.
Announcing Third Annual Music of the African Diaspora Festival
The Atlanta Music Project (AMP) announces “Music of the African Diaspora,” a month-long concert series featuring AMP’s youth music ensembles showcasing the music of the African diaspora. AMP is committed to celebrating the vast contributions to music by Africans and African Diaspora around the world, bringing together tradition and history with its modern-day influence and cultural relevance.

PRESS RELEASE: Chestnut Family Foundation Partners with AMP to Launch Innovative College Scholarship Fund
The Atlanta Music Project (AMP), together with the Chestnut Family Foundation (CFF), announces the launch of The Chestnut Family College Scholarship Fund, an innovative scholarship program designed to provide financial support to AMP seniors and alumni. The CFF has committed to funding the two-year pilot, which will launch in Fall 2021.
