AMP Students Amaze in Debut!

On February 10, 2011, at the Museum Bar, the students of the Atlanta Music Project performed admirably on their first concert as an orchestra and choir! Their concert was sold out, attended by over 200 people! Thank you to the AMP Music Mentors for their participation. Photos!

  • Katz Family Foundation awards $40,000 grant to the Atlanta Music Project. Grant makes the Katz Family Foundation AMP’s largest donor to date.
  • AMP featured in Georgia Music Magazine’s Winter 2011 Issue!
  • Atlanta’s classical music critic, Pierre Ruhe, joins AMP Board of Directors. Mr. Ruhe is Executive Director and Editor of ArtsCriticATL.
  • AMP partners with Atlanta-based My True Vision Photography in year-long photography project to document the growth and development of AMP.
  • AOL Artists films AMP’s Winter Performance. AOL Artists continues to support AMP, after granting $25,000 to our Executive Director, Dantes Rameau, in November 2010. Video coming soon.

AMP Goes To ASYO!
