Director of Customer Service, McMaster-Carr
As Director of Customer Service, Brendan leads an organization responsible for all customer interactions and marketing for McMaster-Carr (think “Amazon for Engineers”). Brendan previously worked at Deloitte Consulting and as an energy policy advisor in the US Senate. He is a graduate of Emory University (MBA) and Vanderbilt University (BA, Economics).
Brendan is passionate about helping children involved in the Atlanta Music Project reach their potential and providing their parents the satisfaction of giving their children the opportunities that come with world-class intensive music training. As a graduate student at Emory, Brendan was part of the team that developed AMP’s first strategic plan.
Outside of work, Brendan’s favorite activities are weekend coffee with his wife and young son and runs on the Atlanta Beltline.
