Dawn Parson

SVP, Group Operations Manager Advanced Client Solutions, Bank of America

Dawn Parson grew up in Baltimore, Maryland where she began her career at Bank of America in 1999. While going to school full-time, Dawn worked in customer service before moving in several leadership positions within the company. In 2005, she relocated to Atlanta to start up a new site in Kennesaw, Georgia and had the opportunity to hold several other roles within the bank to include recruiting, training, operations, business support, and Workforce Management.

Currently she is a National Operations Leader for the Advanced Client Solutions organization with central oversight for the organization’s workforce planning, site strategy, audit/risk remediation, outlier and performance management functions. Dawn leads a national team of Business Support Managers who support Credit Card, Deposit, Small Business Centralized Sales, and Digital Client Services Contact Centers.

She served as Communications Chair for both the Atlanta Chapter and Enterprise Black Professional Employee Network groups where she had the opportunity to support the creation and governance for communications to all 26 Chapters across the United States. She has a passion for mentoring both youth in the community and fellow colleagues and is the current program lead for Atlanta Market Employee Network Collaborative Mentoring Program.

She has a passion for serving her community and has been a Presidential Volunteer Service Award recipient in 2012, 2015, and 2016.

Dawn attended Howard University with a major in Marketing. She enjoys spending time with her family at home in Roswell, Georgia.
